Question by : I can’t monitor my Q-See DVR with Camera Security System online like they said I could!?
I have A Q-See Security system and I’m trying to view it at home following their instructions, but it doesn’t work. The file DVROCXBX.cab it doesn’t work? any help?

Did you set your browser to allow active x ?
Are you forwarding a port to your router?
At the Q-See DVR check for the IP address then enter that into your browser. No www in front no .com at the end.
That should get you there.

You are going to need a IP network security camera. ValueTechSupply.com – http://www.valuetechsupply.com – sells them with built in web servers. I think this will do the trick. I would call them though because they are the experts. I bought from them a few weeks ago and they knew everything that I asked and it dealt with a complex security system for my small business.
