Question by Zach: If a light turns on and a camera like object turns on, is it a camera or a motion detector?
We walked by a house and a light turned on and the thing at the bottom looked like a camera a blue light was flickering and after we walked by the light turned off and the “camera” light turned off

It’s a camera that is activated by a motion detector.
